I am a young Brazilian photographer, recently relocated to London.
After graduating from the MA Photography course at the London College of Communication in London, I settled back in São Paulo in 2009, where I started working commercially for magazines, fashion brands and private commissions. Among those are works for Gucci, Vogue Hommes Japan, Wallpaper, Nowness.com, Elephant, American Lawyer, Vice and various Brazilian publications.
My love of travel led me to start, in 2011, the Naked Eye project, a blog where I share stories and photo series about the places I have been.
I am also very interested in cinema and theatre photography, having worked with Sutil Theatre Company in Brazil on all of their productions since 2006, documenting their creative processes, rehearsals and performances. This partnership led to the photographs of Sunstroke, a feature film directed by Felipe Hirsch and Daniela Thomas, the company's director and set designer, respectively. The film premiered at the 66th Venice Film Festival in 2009.
